We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Shipping (Continental U.S.)

What we ship and what we can deliver:

We are happy to ship parts, accessories, and clothing. Simply drop the item into a shopping cart and our site will calculate shipping costs for you. 

Fitness Equipment: Delivery of fitness equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, and home gyms is available for a fee based on the type of equipment and the distance from our store.

Bicycles: We can deliver assembled bicycles within a 25 mile radius of the store for $50 per trip. For example, delivery of one bike is the same cost as delivery of five bikes. To arrange for delivery of a bicycle you've purchased on our website, simply make the purchase and notify us by email or phone.

Note: Orders usually ship one business day after being placed, if the item is in stock.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

In-Store Pickup

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.


- Merchandise: Merchandise purchased in store may be returned within 30 days.The merchandise must have all original packaging and be in original new condition to be eligible for return. 

- Bikes: Bikes may be returned within 10 days of taking delivery, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Bikes must be in original showroom condition to be eligible for return. 

- Fitness Equipment: Fitness equipment may be returned within 10 days of delivery (or pickup when applicable), and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and a $150 pick up and disassembly fee. Fitness equipment must be in original showroom condition to be eligible for return. 

-Labor: Labor is non-refundable. 

-Special orders and online purchases:  Special orders and online purchases will be handled on a case by case basis, but at a minimum will adhere to all other return policies set forth. 

**Special order bikes and bikes purchased via our website will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to all other policies set forth above. 

**Purchases made on our website can be returned in store or shipped back. Please ship these returns via UPS Ground or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise only. 

**Returns for purchases made on our website over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

HOLMES CYCLING & FITNESS reserves the right to deny the return of any/all merchandise that is in any condition other than new and/or without the original, undamaged packaging.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
