am nothing short of totally impressed with my experience.I worked with Steve through the entire process of selection, fitting, and purchasing. He was very informative and professional. He helped me select a bike that best fit a newby like myself and even though I didn't have a lot of money for a bike. He was able to find one that best fit my cycling needs. He answered all of my questions and I felt that by the end of the purchase I felt confident in my purchase. I definitely will be returning for any accessory or service work that I may need.

Dear Holmes Cycling,
I just wanted to drop you guys a quick note to say what a great experience I had at the shop this past weekend.
I currently live in the Washington DC area, and over the course of the past month I’ve visited more than a few bike shops around town to try and flush out my options for shoes and pedals. in each case, I walked out of the shop feeling like the floor attendant either knew precisely the same amount about the equipment as I did, or they were trying to convince me that unless I got the most expensive equipment in the store I was some sort of inferior cyclist (sometimes both). I was in town visiting my parents over the weekend, and stopped in Sat. morning. The guy that helped me out couldn’t have done a better job.
He was knowledgeable about the products, and attentive to my specific requirements. Not only that, I felt like I was having a conversation with someone who genuinely wanted to share the benefit of his experience, not to simply get me rung up and out the door as quickly as possible. After the sale had been transacted, we discussed some other questions that I had been meaning to ask someone, and he showed me how to remove my existing pedals. And when I couldn’t get them off at home, I brought my bike in and he put the new ones on for me.

Hello.
I stopped by your shop today looking to have service performed on my wheels. I needed some work done to my wheels with as little turn around time as possible. Meaning - I needed the wheels ASAP. This is so because the wheels are used for my wheelchair. The only wheelchair I have. If I don't have wheels - I don't have a wheelchair. Simply put.
I called from your parking lot and briefly explained my situation to Allen. He came outside and retrieved my wheels. Again, I quickly explained how I kinda needed the wheels, and how waiting wasn't really an option. He took the wheels into the shop, and moments later, Jeff came out with the wheels already replaced. No fuss. No words of frustration from either one of the guys that I caused any inconvenience, even though I suspect I did.

I just want to let you know how please I am with the outstanding service I have received from your company. My treadmill was deliverd on Friday Oct 22nd the two guys who set it up were great! We bought a Trek 3700 for Thomas this morning. Thank you, once again, for your help with our latest bike buy. You have set a very high bar for expertise and customer service, and Holmes Cycling surpasses it every time we come in.
I adore my new Madone WSD [Women's Specific Design]. For reasons which now seem silly, I resisted Trek and carbon fiber for years. I now see the error of my ways and thank you for setting me on the right path. Incidentally, I'm now flying down that path at a greatly enhanced rate of speed.
Please thank all the guys at the shop for helping me with the purchase. This is the 6th bicycle Jeff and I bought from you. We keep coming back because you have a class operation. As business owners, we know that staff can make or break a business. Yours are patient and knowledgeable. Also, their love for cycling is infectious.
